CUSTOM UI/UX SOLUTION FOR GLOBAL
REAL
ESTATE FIRM

Our client is part of a global organization dedicated to supporting the acquisition and construction of commercial real estate to support billions of e-commerce interactions annually. The client needed a tool to give business leaders visibility into execution teams hitting milestones and increase cross-team collaboration.

THE CHALLENGE

As a technology group that supports a global organization; our client needed a tool that could be customized quickly to support a growing user base without impacting the integrity of the data. With previous solutions, the client faced challenges with page performance, confusing and complicated UX, and the creation of duplicate fields leading to a lack of a visibility into the source of truth across teams and leadership.

WHAT WE DID

Our team leveraged Salesforce Lightning Web Components and custom Apex code to build a robust user interface that not only decreased load times by an average of six seconds per page and in some cases reduced by over 20 seconds compared to the previous tool. This also eliminated the need for an additional UI application, resulting in substantial cost savings of over $2 million for the company.

The application was redesigned with a focus on providing an intuitive user experience for their growing user base. Additionally, we provided ongoing support and maintenance for a source of truth that manages billions of dollars in CAPEX/OPEX funding. By implementing checks and increasing accountability, we were able to reduce costs associated with delayed timelines. Overall, our solution has delivered significant benefits to the company, resulting in improved efficiency, cost savings, and user satisfaction.
