AI agents are intelligent systems designed to perform tasks autonomously. At its annual Dreamforce event, Salesforce introduced AgentForce, its autonomous AI agent for the workplace. Afterward, Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff became awfully busy attacking the value of large language models (LLMs) and taking shots at Microsoft for good measure.
