As the top radio station for news in the Puget Sound region; they were growing in both user base and donation system. To support the multiple donation systems the customer needed to centralize these donations and summarize them easily. By partnering with Fiduciary Tech, they were able to meet demand and overcome the following challenges:

WHAT WE DID
Migrated data and existing processes from a third party software to Salesforce. Integrate new donation systems into Salesforce and implement existing donor logic into Salesforce to upkeep donor membership cycles - Case Management to handle defects, user stories, and tickets.
DONOR AND DONATION MANAGEMENT
Our customer is the Puget Sound region's #1 radio station for news. They are an independent, nonprofit newsroom producing award-winning stories, podcasts and events. As a result, they turned to Fiduciary Tech to upgrade their legacy donation systems to a modern system that encompasses both donor and case management.
